The Florida Keys is one of the most desirable places to own a home in the United States. Given its warm climate and close proximity to the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean, it becomes a tropical playground. With its myriad system of canals, the Keys is one of the most affordable places in our country to own a waterfront home where you can dock your boat right in front of your house. Of course because we are comprised of dozens of keys, or islands, there are thousands of houses on the open water too, where the views go on "forever".

Karen Haack has lived in our Lower Florida Keys paradise since 1970 and has been in the real estate business since 1979. She has managed Keys Vacation Rental Properties also, since 1979 and she is a continuous Multi Million Dollar Producer. She is and has been active in the community, belonging to the local Association of REALTORS and was its secretary for a 7 years. Karen is one of the few Realtors® in Monroe County to become a State Association Mediator and has served on the Monroe County Tourist Development Council advisory board and as a member of the Lower Keys Chamber of Commerce.
